Chef  Richard teach us his amazing Mashed potatoes Recipe

I like  to share this recipe with you guys so hopefully can make a perfect mashed potatoes every time you want; always light, fluffy and tastefully



-3 large potatoes, peeled and cut in half.

-1/4 cup butter

-green onion(Only de green part)

-1/2 cup whole milk


-salt and ground black pepper to taste



Cook: 20 Mins

Prep: 20 Mins

1-Place the potatoes into a large pot, and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil, cover, for about 15 to 25 minutes. When the potatoes are soft, drain and place it into a bowl, turn off the heat.

2-Mash the potatoes with a potato masher, then add the butter and milk. Continue to mash until smooth and fluffy. Whisk in the salt and black pepper until evenly distributed.

3-Cut the green onion very small and when you serve the mashed potatoes mix it.

Glee Tip:

I prefer the mashed potatoes not to much stepped, I like to eat the mashed potato with small grains of potatoes, but is up to you.
