Lack of rest affects all kind of people.
Some research concerning sleep agree that an adult average needs between 7 to 9 hours for an adequate daily rest.
However, research from Duke’s university studies showed that women need it even more.
“Women tend to do more things at the same time(Multitasking), they are more flexible – and that’s why they use a bigger part of their brains than men,” Jim Horne, who was director of the Sleep Research Center of the University of New York.
Women tend to suffer more than men, both physically and mentally, if they are forced to wake up.
Those who play a role loaded with many responsibilities have an even greater need for better rest.
